Introduction of ventilation and cooling system
Through professional calculation and design, combined with reliable core components, our ventilation and cooling system creates an optimal environment for poultry houses: excellent air quality, suitable temperature, adequate air velocity, sufficient air volume, and correct airflow direction.
Given a well-sealed, insulated, and thermally efficient poultry house, we can guarantee a temperature differential under 2°C from the front to the back.
·We choose reliable fans that deliver high airflow capacity, low failure rates, and minimal performance degradation, along with strong resistance to negative pressure.
·With side windows and side windows, the system provides consistent airflow and ventilation points without dead spots.
·The cooling paper is made of cellulose highly absorbent and resistant to damage, and come equipped with a double rodent mesh.
·The air deflector is composed of 5cm foam-filled fireproof color steel plates with Al alloy frames. It includes sealing strips and curtains, which prevents uneven ventilation and dead air zone from forming.
· Both the airflow deflectors and side windows are equipped with an anti-pull mechanism. It prevents the motor from over-stretching and snapping the steel cable due to worker error or a power outage.
