Automatic pullet cages information
1. Cage Dimensions: Designed for rearing chicks from 0 to 105 days old, this cage measures 1.8m (L) x 0.6m (W) x 0.45m (H) and accommodates 11 birds, providing a stocking density of 327 cm² per bird.
2. Spring Door: For easy vaccination and safe transfer of chickens in and out of the cage.
3. Uniform Ventilation & Lighting: The story height is 700mm, with a 13-15cm gap between the top mesh and the manure belt, ensuring optimal fresh air circulation for the birds.
4. Burr-Free Al-Zn Alloy Mesh: Integrated with a plastic cushion to provide a comfortable living environment, offering superior rust resistance and preventing injury to the chicks.
5. Adjustable Feeding Plate: Features independent adjustment for each side of every tier. This allows precise adaptation to different growth stages, with minimal error in front-to-back positioning.
6. Reliable Trolley: Simple structure for easy operation and uniform feed distribution, ensuring a low failure rate. Equipped with patented features like the chicken driver and residue collector.
7. Height Adjuster of Water Line: Accommodates the needs of birds at different ages, with one device installed per tier. Each line utilizes soft connections to prevent pipe deformation, and alloy pull components maintain consistent height across the water line.
8. Backflush Device: Every water line is equipped with a backflush device, enabling prompt and thorough cleaning of the pipes and nipple drinkers after the administration of medications or nutritional supplements.
