Description
Farmrob's Layer Cage system is designed for large-scale commercial poultry
operations, housing 20,000 birds or more within a single house. Ideal for
intensive egg production, these cages are engineered to minimize stress and
provide a comfortable environment for hens to lay eggs efficiently. We can
provide customized solutions for 3- 12 tiers, engineered for efficient and
streamlined management of poultry farms. Our ongoing dedication to innovation

1.The bottom mesh is made of high-strength, elastic Q235 Al-Zn alloy wire. It
features a 7.5-degree gentle slope (1800*650*600 mm), which effectively guides
eggs gently to the egg bracket to prevent breakage.
2.Double water lines and double nipples to ensure sufficient drinking water.
Layers can drink water at any time by using Farmrob’s patented nipple drinkers,
which can reduce the waste of water and avoid clogging.
3.Farmrob's filling and feeding system provides a complete solution to uneven
feed distribution and is ideally suited for all cage systems. The system, which
employs a feed cart or chain alongside anti-corrosion troughs and Farmrob's
patented components, is designed for high cost-efficiency and low feed waste.
4.The driven plastic nylon spiral roller prevents manure accumulation,
ensuring smooth rotation of the manure belt. Burr-free Al-Zn-Mg alloy brackets
and manure belt can withstand heavy manure loads without deformation. The
curved design of the bracket ensures stable belt tracking and prevents manure
falling onto the cage net. The injection molding tire rubber drive wheels have
good plasticity, high friction and low stress, and protect the belt.
