The H Type Layer Chicken Cage System is suitable for use in large-scale poultry farming operations. It is ideal for use in commercial poultry farms.
Features
Trough: made of a high-strength Al-Mg-Zn alloy. They are designed with smooth edges for and have solid and durable structure. Two versions are available: a 0.98 mm thick with flanged edges, and a 0.95 mm thick without flanged edges.
Temperature Control: An appropriate temperature must be set for each age group of chickens. Our ventilation and cooling system ensures a continuous supply of fresh air while maintaining a precise temperature differential within a narrow range of 1-2°C.
Reduced Egg Breakage: The elastic sloping bottom net Q235 Al-Zn wires, ensures a gentle landing for eggs. Additionally, the egg collection belt operates smoothly at a consistent speed, enhancing stability and further minimizing breakage while boosting overall efficiency.
Filling devices: For auger filling method. The filling process is two-stage. The slant and transverse filling are respectively controlled by one motor to avoid the breakage of the spiral and the pipe at the intersection.
