Large-Scale Layer Chicken Cage System with Optimal Poultry Climate and Manure Control

Cooling and ventilation system
The system comprises a fan, side window, cooling pad, and air deflector. The cooling pad is constructed from a highly absorbent, mildew-resistant paper material with an extended service life. High-performance ventilation fans ensure efficient climate management within the poultry house. The air deflector, sized according to the cooling pad area, features an aluminum alloy frame and is made of 5cm high foam color steel plate with a rubber seal strip. It effectively directs airflow to maintain optimal wind patterns, thereby reducing the risk of poultry illness. Additionally, Munters technology is integrated to support farm owners in precise environmental control.
Manure removal system
Front nylon spiral rollers keep the manure on track and clean accumulated manure. Both the large and small rollers at the back manure bracket are made of injection-molded tire rubber driving wheels with high friction, which eliminate stress and protect the manure cleaning belt.
Al-Zn-Mg alloy high-tech material bracket and side plate with high anti-corrosion performance. The smooth surface to avoid scratching the belt.
Incorporate a multi-tier integrated control mechanism for the manure scraper, which clean the manure more effectively.
Manure conveyor with 7mm thick manure belt and an alloy frame that is rust-proof and deformation-resistant. Effectively transports manure to collection trucks or processing facilities.
The fully automated operation significantly reduces labor requirements while minimizing infection risks through consistent waste removal.
