Advanced Feeding System Components
Trough: Made of corrosion-resistant Al-Zn-Mg alloy, optimally sized for easy chick access to meet their daily nutritional needs.
Feeding plate adjusting device: Each layer can be automatically adjusted on each side. Suitable for different ages. Patent structure ensures consistent front and rear adjustment with minimal error.
Feeder-cart: Engineered for reliability with a simple structure, delivering uniform feeding and easy operation. Incorporates key patents including a Bird-Dispersing Rod and Residue Collector to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
Filling Probe: Controls the amount of feed with precision during trolley loading, avoiding overfilling and reducing material waste.

Roller Assembly: Front section utilizes nylon spiral rollers to keep the belt on track and clean off accumulated waste. Rear rollers are high-friction, injection-molded tire rubber driving wheels designed to eliminate stress on and protect the manure cleaning belt.
Bracket & Side Plates: Constructed from anti-corrosion Al-Zn-Mg alloy with smooth surface to prevent belt scratching. Curved design prevents manure spillage and mitigates belt misalignment.
Scraper Mechanism: Multi-tier integrated control system ensures highly effective and automated cleaning operation.
Conveyor Belt: Durable 7mm thick manure belt supported by rust-proof and deformation-resistant alloy frame for effective transport of manure to collection trucks or processing facilities.
