Descriptions:
Efficient environmental control is crucial for the operation of poultry farms. Farmrob's mature environmental control design makes chicken farming simple and worry-free for you. The 700mm story height and 450mm cage height ensure adequate ventilation and effective heat dissipation, keeping the chickens comfortable and reducing stress. These components-fans, side windows, cooling pads, and air deflectors-work in concert to maintain optimal ventilation within the poultry house. Moreover, the manure belt and the top net are strategically spaced 13-15 cm apart, effectively isolating the birds from their droppings. This significantly minimizes contact and the potential spread of diseases.
The sliding cage door features a wide aperture that allows birds easy access to feed. Its smooth operation and generous opening prevent jostling and overcrowding during feeding times, ensuring all chickens can eat comfortably.
The middle supports are fabricated by Farmrob at our own metal workshop, which allows for precise control over product quality and dimensional accuracy. With dimensions of 40mm *30mm*40mm and constructed from durable 440 Mg-Al-Zn alloy, it offers exceptional load-bearing capacity and remarkable resistance to deformation. Additionally, its smooth surface finish prevents scratches and ensures operator safety.
Partition net buckle: Each partition net is provided with a metal buckle which attaches directly to the trough. This design ensures even force distribution, high strength, and minimal deformation.
The galvanized silo is designed with a capacity to hold a three-day supply of feed. Its excellent sealing protects the feed from contamination and mold. The system utilizes auger or chain-disk filling pipes to ensure smooth and reliable feed transfer from the silo to the poultry house.
Trolley track: Constructed from a hot-dip galvanized rectangular pipe (30mm x 60mm, 2.5mm wall thickness), this track offers high tensile strength and exceptional rigidity. It is engineered to withstand the heavy load of the trolley and the constant friction from the pulleys without bending or breaking.
