The ventilation and cooling system plays an indispensable role in ensuring a
consistently comfortable environment by providing fresh air and maintaining
proper humidity levels for bird health and productivity. Our ventilation and cooling
system is comprised of high-quality components, working in concert to ensure a
safe living environment within the poultry house.
Components of Ventilation and Cooling System
1.The air deflector is constructed with a 50mm insulated foam board and an
aluminum alloy frame. It is controlled by Munters AC2000. The matching side
curtains is to effectively direct airflow and safeguard poultry health.
2.Farmrob adopts butterfly cone fan and direct drive fans, available in both
direct-drive and belt-drive configurations. Blade is made of galvanized sheet.
The plastic parts utilize POM and nylon, both of which are branded raw
materials. The fan delivers high airflow with low failure rates and offers excellent
corrosion resistance.
3.The cooling pad operates on an evaporation principle to provide cooling and
humidification. This process absorbs heat, thereby lowering the air temperature
as the cooled air enters the space, while warm air is expelled by fans. Farmrob
supplies both aluminum alloy frame flush-mounted cooling pad and deep water
trough cooling pad to support this system.
