At the same time, the system integrates an efficient multi-layer egg collection belt mechanism. Once laid, eggs gently roll onto automated belts, ensuring smooth, hygienic, and timely collection. Our equipment also effectively eliminates the issue of eggs being laid outside designated nesting areas, thereby reducing egg damage, minimizing manual labor, and maintaining consistent product quality. Together, these innovations create a balanced environment that supports animal welfare while optimizing operational efficiency.
Farmrob processes raw materials using advanced machinery such as laser cutting. Key structural components, including Al-Zn-Mg supports, are manufactured internally from 440 Mg-Al-Zn alloy (10% Al, 3% Mg). These supports feature a smooth surface and are engineered for high load-bearing capacity and strong resistance to deformation.
The nest closure device gently guides eggs to a central collection area, ensuring secure recovery while minimizing breakage. Additionally, an automated mechanism lifts the nest entrance nightly. This overnight closure prevents hens from roosting inside, effectively discouraging incubation behavior and helping to maintain consistent laying productivity.
