Constructed from high-quality Q235 Al-Zn alloy wire and processed through precision manufacturing and surface finishing, it delivers a burr-free, smooth surface that eliminates any risk of scratching poultry skin and feet. The Al-Zn-Mg alloy middle supports are processed in our own factories, ensuring long-term structural stability and consistent support without permanent deformation under repeated loading.
Equipped with spring entry doors that open lightly and close responsively, allowing one-handed operation to significantly improve daily management efficiency. The door features a soft-open, soft-close mechanism that prevents pinching or injuring chicks while facilitating easy batch catching and transfer, substantially reducing stress responses caused by manual chasing.
The feeding system is equipped with an adjustable feed plate, allowing free control according to flock age and feeding habits. Feed is uniformly spread along the entire trough length, ensuring that every chick, regardless of position, receives an equal quantity and quality of feed. This prevents dominant chicks from overconsuming and weaker ones from underfeeding, guaranteeing consistent nutritional intake across the flock and significantly improving growth uniformity.
The system features two independent adjustable water lines, each capable of separate height adjustments to accommodate chicks' changing drinking requirements as they grow. Each line is fitted with patented leak-proof drinking nipples, ensuring instantaneous open-close response, eliminating dripping and water loss. This keeps manure dry, prevents waterline contamination, and effectively reduces the risk of enteric disease transmission.
The manure belt ensures stable, straight operation over extended periods without misalignment. The drive end is fitted with a spiral anti-accumulation roller that scrapes off residual manure buildup, preventing hardening and caking. The entire removal system operates on a fully automated timed schedule, performing regular cleaning. This drastically cuts labor demands while effectively minimizing cross-contamination risks associated with human traffic.
The system integrates multiple automated modules, including automatic feeding, drinking, manure removal, lighting control, all can be monitored and controlled via a control cabinet or remote mobile interface. Real-time data on feed intake, water consumption, temperature, and humidity are continuously recorded, enabling precise feeding and environmental regulation. This transforms farm management from experience-based practices to data-driven, refined operations, elevating overall production efficiency.
