The horizontal sliding door offers a wide, unobstructed opening that allows birds to pass through comfortably and encourages natural movement. It reliably prevents accidental escapes while operating with minimal force for ease of use across all age groups.
The cage system utilizes high-strength, elastic Q235 Al-Zn alloy wire for its primary mesh structure, offering superior corrosion resistance and longevity. The bottom mesh features a 7.5-degree slope that ensures smooth, consistent egg rolling with gentle, controlled descent to centralized collection areas, minimizing impact forces and virtually eliminating breakage.
The 700mm story height substantially reduces manure belt pecking while allowing uniform light penetration throughout the cage. This increased vertical space creates a larger air column that enhances ventilation, facilitating greater airflow and reducing static negative pressure for improved bird comfort and reduced stress levels.
The manure removal system incorporates specialized rollers for stable, long-lasting operation. Front nylon spiral rollers guide the belt to prevent lateral deviation while scraping accumulated manure. Rear drive rollers feature injection-molded tire rubber construction for high-friction drive traction, eliminating stress points and reducing wear on the manure cleaning belt.
Farmrob's integrated machining workshop ensures complete quality control from raw material to finished part. Critical components undergo precise lathing, milling, hardening, tempering, and electroplating processes, resulting in exceptional corrosion and wear resistance for demanding agricultural environments.
