This machine is a kind of special equipment that compulsorily pass through the screen to make the wet powder mixture under the positive and negative rotation of the rotating drum. There are two types: normal type and heavy type. The heavy type uses materials with high viscosity and difficult to granulate. The agitated material is made into particles of the required size, or the agglomerated material is broken into small particles.

Performance characteristics: Uniform granularity and simple control. The machine will make the wet powder mixture through the screen forcibly through the positive and negative rotation of the rotating drum to make granules. Adjusting the tightness of the screen and the rotation speed of the drum can control the particle size and density to a certain extent. The shaft rotation is well sealed and will not pollute materials: The main shaft of the machine is above the gearbox, and a tight shaft head sealing structure is designed to ensure that the shaft does not leak oil, do not wear materials, and prevent materials from being contaminated by lubricating oil, reaching GMP Claim.

Electromagnetic speed regulation has both deceleration and speed-increasing functions; the modified machine adopts electromagnetic speed regulation device to change the spindle speed, the faster the speed, the looser the particles; the slower the speed, the tighter the particles, and the particle size requirement can be achieved through the speed change. At the same time, the main shaft gearbox can speed up or slow down the main shaft according to the gear change. Beautiful appearance, easy to clean; the machine shell is all packed with stainless steel wire drawing board, which is corrosion resistant. The parts cleaned by this machine are: the granulating cavity part. Mainly screens and hexagonal drums. The drum does not need to be disassembled, and the screen is easy to disassemble and cut lightly, and it is very convenient to clean.
