Working Process:
During the fluidization process of the drying tank, hot air is introduced at high pressure through a air filtration system. The wet solids are blown up from the bottom and suspended along the stream of air (fluidized state). Heat transfer is accomplished by direct contact between the wet solid and purified hot air. The vaporised water or liquid is carried away by the hot air quickly, and the dried granule or powder left inside the tank.
