GHL WET MIXING GRANULATOR

1, GHL Series is the new type pharmaceutical machinery, designed on the basis of adopting the principle of one-step granulator. It can blend and mix the dry powder rapidly, then the even wet powder and granulator. It meets the requirements of GMP Standard.

2,It can be widely used in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, powder metallurgy, cosmetic industry, dying stuff industry, and so on.

3,The advantages: high efficient; fast; even; mixing and granulating in the same chamber.

Working Principle

Blending wheel has three leaves with special shape, which is rotated with a certain speed driven by the gearing to make the material moving regularly. So it can mix the raw material efficiently. The mixed wet material is cut into even particles in a short time by the high speed rotary cutter The process of mixing, wetting and granulating go on automatically and continuously within ten minutes.
