Q6: What are the advantages of your product?

A6: Our machines have a one-year guarantee service (excluding nozzle, other ink systems, and human damage). Non-seller reasons do not support returns. As we are in the consumables industry, we do not support unconditional refunds.

Q7: Does your company's sublimation ink have clogging phenomenon?

A7: Our sublimation ink/DTF ink is suitable for EPSON and Ricoh print head printers. Particles are less than 0.2μm, so there is no clogging phenomenon. Our printer inks have received many positive customer reviews.
