This robot vision feeding system combined with flexible vibratory feeders is widely applied for automatic sorting, positioning and high-speed pick-and-place of small, thin, special-shaped and easily damaged parts. It perfectly adapts to multi-variety, small-batch and mixed production modes, eliminating the need for custom tooling and traditional rigid vibration bowls.
