Feaglet C4UV cover glass with pre-applied OCA is developed for professional iPhone 15 Pro flexible OLED refurbishment. It is intended for qualified technicians and refurbishment factories performing glass-only repair when the original display assembly has been evaluated as suitable for refurbishment.
C4UV is Feaglet’s iPhone flexible OLED refurbishment configuration. Its anti-wrinkle OCA is designed to reduce visible OCA wave patterns under Feaglet-defined UV visual inspection conditions after correct lamination.
This product is cover glass with OCA only. It is not a complete display assembly, and it does not include an OLED panel unless specifically stated in the quotation.
The C4UV OCA configuration is designed to support a cleaner optical appearance after correct lamination and debubbling. Under defined UV visual-inspection conditions, it is intended to reduce visible OCA wave-pattern appearance.
*The result depends on the condition of the original display, glass positioning, cleanliness, lamination equipment, debubbling process, and technician skill.
iPhone 15 Pro uses a flexible OLED display structure that requires controlled handling during glass-only repair. The C4UV configuration is developed for professional refurbishment workflows that retain a functional original display assembly where appropriate.
Specifically designed for the iPhone 15 Pro, it has the same window as the original, and the surrounding dimensions and black border sizes all match the original.
After lamination, C4UV may support controlled laser-assisted separation in qualified professional rework workflows. Any rework process must be tested and validated by the technician or factory before production use.
C4UV OCA has a higher-flow characteristic than Feaglet Original Series glass with Mitsubishi OCA. This can support its intended optical appearance and rework characteristics, but it also raises the requirement for accurate initial placement.
