Features:
1. Poultry Feed Pellet Equipment can be fitted with single-layer, multiple -layer jacket conditioners or double-shaft differential conditioner so as to meet the different requirements of producing high grade livestock and poultry feed and aquafeed.
2. 304 stainless steel paddles,precise angledesign,reasonable blade layout,corrosion resistance.
3. Stainless steel conditioner,304 stainless steel,used for feed ripening,sterilization,improve,water resistance and output.
4. Feeding system of the Small Animal Feed Mill Plant adopts electromagnetic speed regulating control, speed control, convenient and full capacity to adapt to the different material requirements.
5. The feeder is full stainless steel ,the gap of spiral blade should be controlled at about 5mm ,to ensure the feeding no residue.
6. the feed raw material are ripened and sterilized due to the vapour steam. which can improve the digestibility of the feed, promote the absorption, increase the feed meat ratio and reduce the production cost.the conditioner is made of stainless steel.
