These thick, high-density polyester boards (20mm–50mm) are engineered to self-support as full-height dividers when fitted with simple feet or connected via hinges. They can be cut with a saw or heavy-duty knife to create custom booth shapes, door openings, and ceiling panels that fit your exact floor-to-slab dimensions. With an NRC up to 0.95, these panels provide both sound absorption within the booth and some degree of sound blocking when assembled as double-leaf structures. The material is safe, non-toxic, fiberglass-free, and fire-rated. It is also pin-able, allowing users to personalize their booth interior. Whether you need a single call booth or a cluster of focus rooms, these panels empower you to construct them on-site at a fraction of the cost of pre-fabricated pods.

The high-density polyester core acts as a broadband absorber, capturing speech energy within the booth. When panels are arranged as a double-wall with an air gap, the mass-air-mass resonance provides low-frequency transmission loss. The material’s cuttability allows airtight corner joins and exact ceiling fits, which are critical to preventing sound leakage from conversations.
