Quieten noisy machinery with our industrial-grade non woven felt, engineered for durability in demanding environments. Composed of a blend of polyester and specialized technical fibers, this felt withstands continuous operating temperatures up to 150°C without degrading or off-gassing. It delivers an NRC of up to 0.80, effectively absorbing engine, fan, and vibration noise directly at the source. The felt can be cut with heavy-duty scissors or a knife to line equipment enclosures, baffle vents, or wrap pipework—any custom shape is possible. It is oil-resistant, moisture-stable, and does not support mold growth. Available in thicker gauges (10mm–30mm) and dark colors to hide oil and dust, this felt brings professional noise control to factories, workshops, and heavy equipment OEM applications.
Factory and workshop noise creates a hazardous working environment, yet consumer-grade acoustic foams degrade quickly around heat and oil. Our industrial felt solves this by providing a robust, heat-tolerant sound absorber that can be cut to fit any machine enclosure, reducing operator noise exposure and extending equipment comfort.
Generators and compressor enclosures, CNC machine sound-damping panels, HVAC ductwork lining, automotive firewall insulation, marine engine room panels, and pump housing acoustic wraps. Also suitable for lining industrial control rooms and plant room walls.
The high-temperature fibers maintain structural stability and porosity even when hot. Sound waves entering the dense felt are absorbed through air-friction loss, while the material's mass and limpness also provide vibration damping. Its ability to be cut into bespoke shapes ensures that even complex machinery profiles are fully treated, leaving no noise-leakage gaps.
