Skip the messy glue and fabric wrapping with our pre-laminated fabric polyester panels. An acoustically transparent, decorative textile is factory-bonded to one or both sides of a high-density PET fiber core, creating a clean, upholstered look without air bubbles, wrinkles, or stray threads. The fabric layer is available in dozens of textures and colors—from tweed to suede to metallic—and does not impede sound absorption (NRC up to 0.90). The panels arrive as flat sheets that you can cut to your desired shape using a sharp blade; the fabric edge remains crisp and will not fray if cut carefully. They can be mounted with adhesive, hook-and-loop tape, or impaling clips. The factory lamination ensures a consistent finish that would be difficult to achieve by hand, giving professional results with zero upholstery skills.
DIY fabric-wrapping of acoustic panels is time-consuming and often results in a less-than-professional finish. Our pre-laminated panels solve this by delivering the tailored textile aesthetic instantly, with the fabric already perfectly bonded, allowing you to focus on cutting and mounting custom shapes.

The fabric is chosen for its low airflow resistance (acoustically transparent), meaning sound passes through it unhindered to reach the PET absorption core. The factory bonding process uses a thin, open-pore adhesive film that does not clog fibers. Sound energy is dissipated as heat within the core, just as with un-laminated panels.
