Description:
Ferrovanadium products are in the shape of silver-white lumps. The high-value metal vanadium content is ≥80%, which is called high fervanadium (such as FeV80, that is, 80 ferrovanadium); the vanadium content is ≥50%, which is called medium Ferro Vanadium Nitride Alloy (such as FeV50, which is 80% ferrovanadium). 50 ferrovanadium). Ferrovanadium Dark is used as an additive to improve the qualities of ferrous alloys. One such use is to improve corrosion resistance to alkaline reagents as well as sulfuric and hydrochloric acids. It is also used to improve the tensile strength to weight ratio of the material.

Application:
Solid Ferro Vanadium is produced by the reduction of V2O5 by silicon from ferrosilicon in the presence of lime in the electric arc furnace (3 MVA). The technology used for the smelting of Industrial Ferrovanadium in the electric arc furnace utilizes three periods.It can be produced by reducing vanadium pentoxide with carbon in an electric furnace, or it can be produced by reducing vanadium pentoxide by silothermal method in an electric furnace.
