Application:
TA10 titanium alloy wire is a titanium-molybdenum-nickel alloy, which not only has the characteristics of light weight and high strength of titanium, but also has high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. However, the tensile strength of TA10 titanium alloy wire decreases significantly when the temperature exceeds 250°C, and it is not suitable to be used as a support structure in high temperature environments. Due to the addition of molybdenum and nickel elements, TA10 titanium alloy wire has stronger resistance to crevice corrosion than pure titanium wire against low pH chloride and weakly reducing acidic solutions. TA10 titanium alloy wire is increasingly widely used in industrial sectors such as aviation, aerospace, chemical industry, shipbuilding, and gas turbine components.
TC4 titanium alloy wire is also called titanium aluminum vanadium alloy wire. After cold drawing, TC4 titanium alloy work hardens very quickly, and the internal stress and tensile strength increase significantly. Stress relief annealing must be performed before the next step of stretching can be carried out. The tensile strength of TC4 titanium alloy wire can reach 1100MPa, the elongation is about 8%, and it has high temperature resistance. It is used in aviation, aerospace, pressure vessel and other industries. TC4 titanium alloy wire has a self-passivation phenomenon in sulfuric acid solution, thereby improving its Corrosion resistance.
