The manufacturing process for graphite electrodes typically involves the following steps:
Raw material preparation: Select high-quality graphite powder or graphite blocks as the raw materials for manufacturing electrodes.
Mixing and forming: Mix the graphite powder with other additives and then form it into the desired electrode shape using a forming process.
Baking: Bake the formed electrode blanks at a specific temperature to remove moisture and improve strength.
Impregnation: The baked electrodes may undergo impregnation treatment to increase their density and electrical conductivity.
