Description
The raw material of ferrosilicon 75 is an iron alloy material smelted from silica and coke. Ferrosilicon 75 has always been used well in the steelmaking industry, and ferrosilicon is also one of the traditional steelmaking raw materials. Ferrosilicon 75 can effectively deoxidize in steelmaking, so Ferrosilicon 75 can be used as a deoxidizer in steelmaking;
Ferrosilicon 75 contains about 75% silicon and has good affinity with oxygen in molten steel. When ferrosilicon 75 is added during steelmaking, the affinity between silicon and oxygen in ferrosilicon 75 can effectively discharge the oxygen in the molten steel, completely replacing the use of deoxidizer;
Ferrosilicon 75 has good affinity during the deoxidation process, and the reaction of the molten steel after deoxidation is relatively small, ensuring personnel safety. At the same time, compared with deoxidizers, ferrosilicon 75 has a shorter deoxidation time, thereby reducing the time spent in steelmaking. 75 ferrosilicon is not only more convenient in terms of price than deoxidizer, it can save manufacturers the cost of steelmaking and improve its efficiency;
The silica produced by the reaction between 75% ferrosilicon and molten steel will float on the surface of molten steel and is easy to remove.
