Silicon slag generally refers to the remainder of the ore after refining, and also contains a certain amount of silicon. There are many kinds of silicon slag, industrial silicon slag, solar silicon slag, semiconductor silicon slag and so on.Silicon slag is a by-product from the production of silicon metal, mainly used in the areas of steel making, casting and so on. Silicon slag can also be used to improve furnace temperature and increase the flow of molten iron slag effectively.
