Working Process of NPK Compound Fertilizer Production Line
NPK Compound fertilizer production line typically includes 7 processes: batching, grinding, mixing, granulating, screening, coating, and packaging. Batching, mixing, granulating, and screening processes are essential, while others are optional based on production capacity requirements.
The system employs an extrusion sliding model design where raw materials pass through double rollers, enter the scattering room, and emerge as granules. A customized sieve at the machine bottom separates qualified granules, while remaining materials return to the mixer for re-granulation.
