The SHZ series hydraulic roller extrusion granulator is a dry-type granulation machine that combines hydraulic power with mechanical extrusion. It is designed to transform powder materials into dense, uniform granules in a single pass — without drying or binding agents.
The motor drives two rollers in opposite directions. The hydraulic system applies controlled pressure to the rollers. Powder materials are fed in, squeezed into dense sheets, then crushed, shaped, and screened into finished granules. Undersized particles are automatically returned for re-granulation.
