Introduction of Compound Fertilizer Granulator
The granulation disc adopts the integral circular structure, and the granulation rate can reach more than required specifications. The granulation disc is provided with three discharging ports, which is convenient for intermittent production operations, greatly reduces labor intensity and improves labor efficiency. The reducer and motor are driven by flexible belt, starting smoothly, slowing down the impact force and improving the service life of the equipment. The bottom of the granulation tray is strengthened by multiple radiant steel plates, which is durable and never deformed. The design of the thickened, heavier and stronger base does not need to be fixed with anchor bolts, and operates smoothly.

Working Principle of Compound Fertilizer Granulator
The disc granulation machine is the most widely used granulation equipment in China at present. It has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost and convenient maintenance. The principle of granulation is similar to the rolling round lantern process. The basic process involves crushing materials in the mill and mixing well in the mixing transverse. In the shallow tray, the raw materials are bonded with spray adhesive, wrapped in granules, and gradually rolled up in the dish as the disk rotates. Because the disk has the ability to classify the motion in rotation, the large particles float above and unload continuously from the bottom of the disc. The small particles stick together in the disc with the newly added materials and roll up until they are unloaded.
