Working Principle
The granulator utilizes a pair of mating gear rollers as working components for material processing. It employs continuous extrusion granulation through positive-displacement technology, ensuring wide adaptability and producing uniform, circular particles with diameters ranging from 3.5mm to 10mm. The success rate of end products exceeds 85%, with superior particle intensity compared to screw-type granulators.
