Our organic fertilizer granulator machine is a kind of high efficient granulating machine, also called pin or stirred granulating machine, it can be used to the compost manure fertilizer production, can produce 2-5mm ball size granules; its inner structure is high rotating shaft with many granulating teeth; it is introduced in the middle to large fertilizer production factory or farm; the only shortness is the large power in the use but high efficient to keep the performance final granules.
New type chicken manure organic fertilizer granulator use high speed rotating mechanical shearing force and the resulting air power, make the continuous implementation of the fine powder material in the machine mixing, granulating process, spheroidizing, dense, etc. so as to achieve the goal of the granulation. The shape is spherical, the spherical degree acuity 0.7, usually particle size in the 0.3 to 3 mm, granulating rate is 90% or higher. The size of the particle diameter can be adjusted through the spindle speed and quantity of the material mixing appropriate, often mix amount lower, the speed higher, the particle will be smaller, and vice versa.
