Granulation rate reaches ≥ 90%, with particle diameter adjustable by controlling material mixing amount and spindle speed. Lower material amounts and higher speeds produce smaller particles, while the opposite yields larger particles. Finer basic powder particles result in higher sphericity and better ball quality.
The machine achieves a qualification rate of 80-90%, suitable for various formulations, with a ball rate below 15%. Particle size uniformity can be customized according to user requirements.
