The compound fertilizer granulator is used for processing various materials including:
Material is forced compression molding by mechanical pressure without adding any wetting agent, ensuring product purity. The granulator features short process flow, low energy consumption, and high output capacity.
The double roller compound fertilizer granulator machine represents extrusion granulator technology. Dry materials are compressed into hard, dense blocks under pressure during the extruding process. These block materials are then crushed, screened, and granulated in the subsequent granulating process.
Extrusion functions to remove air between particles and bring particles close enough to create interaction forces. Particle hardness in roller compaction granulation is primarily formed due to molecular attraction forces. Our double roller press machine enables continuous extruding granulation through positive-displacement technology.
