The hydraulic roller extrusion granulator is a high-performance dry granulation machine featuring a hydraulic pressure system that provides superior and stable squeezing force. Designed for one-step forming at room temperature, it ensures higher granule density, wide particle size range, and reliable operation for demanding industrial applications.
Widely used in compound fertilizer, pharmaceutical, feed, chemical, rare earth, metallurgy, coal, biological agents, and environmental protection industries.
The motor drives two rollers to rotate oppositely. The hydraulic system applies adjustable, stable pressure to the rollers. Raw materials are fed in, extruded under high pressure into dense sheets or strips, then crushed, shaped, screened, and discharged as uniform granules.
