The Compound Fertilizer Granulator NPK Fertilizer Machine with Double Roller is an extrusion slip model granulator designed for efficient fertilizer production. This machine operates through a motor-driven system that transfers power through belts, pulleys, and reduction gears to drive dual rollers rotating in opposite directions for continuous mass production.
The double roller compound fertilizer granulator machine represents extrusion granulator technology. Dry materials are compressed into hard, dense blocks under pressure during the extrusion process. These block materials are then crushed, screened, and granulated in the subsequent granulating process. The extrusion function removes air between particles and brings particles close enough to generate molecular interaction forces, forming granule hardness primarily through molecular attraction. Our double roller press machine enables continuous extruding granulation through positive-displacement technology.
