Our compound fertilizer granulator is a key equipment in fertilizer granulation processes, featuring room temperature granulation without drying requirements for energy efficiency and cost reduction.
This roller compound fertilizer granulator is our self-developed fertilizer roller compaction granulation device. Materials are granulated at room temperature without drying process, making it more energy-saving and cost-effective. Suitable for high, medium, and low concentration compound fertilizer production.
The machine uses a pair of mating gear rollers for material compaction. It employs continuous extruding granulation through positive-displacement technology. The equipment features wide adaptability and produces circular particles with higher intensity and uniform length, typically ranging from 3.5mm to 10mm in diameter with over 85% product rate.
