Our compound fertilizer granulator is a key fertilizer equipment in compound fertilizer granulation. This roller-type compound fertilizer granulator is a new-designed fertilizer roller compaction granulation device developed and researched by our team. Materials are granulated at room temperature with no drying process required, making it more energy-efficient and cost-effective.
This compound fertilizer granulator machine represents extrusion granulator technology. Dry materials are compressed into hard, dense blocks under pressure (Extruding Process), then crushed, screened, and granulated (Granulating Process). The extrusion process removes air between particles and brings particles close enough to create molecular attraction forces, forming granule hardness through molecular interaction. Our machine features continuous extruding granulation with positive-displacement.
