Machine Structure
The granulator machine is divided into five main components:
Bracket Part: Supports the entire body using carbon steel plates welded by channel, featuring high-quality anti-corrosive, wear-resistant materials and transport hooks
Transmission Part: High-quality welded steel frame with ISO-certified main motor and reducer, utilizing nylon connectors for smooth power transmission
Large Gear: Fixed on the body with high-tech wear-resistant materials for extended machine life
Roller: Supports the entire body from both sides
Body Part: Constructed from high-quality carbon steel plate with special rubber or acid-resistant stainless steel lining for automatic scar removal
