Raw Materials for Organic Fertilizer Granulation
This machine is used for granulating all kinds of organic matter after fermentation. It breaks through conventional organic prilling technology - before granulation, there's no need to dry and crush raw materials. It can directly process materials to produce cylindrical grains, saving significant energy.

Working Principle of Organic Fertilizer Granulation Machine
Working flow: Raw materials fermentation (compost turning machine) → Input (if blocked, use chain crusher) → Granulation → Drying → Cooling → Screening (select right sieving hole diameter) → Finished granules → Next process
Optional equipment: Screening machine (for more accurate granule size), Drying machine (to dry finished fertilizer), Cooling machine (fast cooling of finished fertilizers), Coating machine (improves granule appearance), Weighing and packaging equipment (facilitates sale and transportation).
