Shenghong Heavy Industry new type organic fertilizer granulator making machine is a patented product research and developed by our company and the Agricultural Machinery Research Institute. It is designed and manufactured by using new technology of wet continuous push rod granulation.
This top sale new type organic fertilizer granulator making machine can not only granulate a variety of organic matter, but also is especially able to granulate the coarse fiber material that difficult to be granulated by conventional equipment, such as crop straw, mushroom residue, animal manure and so on, all these can be granulated after fermentation. In addition, it also has a good granulation effect on the humic acid and municipal sludge and other similar raw materials.
Using high speed rotating mechanical shearing force and the resulting air power, making continuous implementation of the fine powder material in the machine mixing, granulating, density and other processes, which achieves the goal of the granulation. The shape of particles is spherical; the spherical degree is 0.7 or higher; the particle size is generally between 0.3 and 3 mm; granulating rate is 90% or higher; the size of particle diameter can be adjusted according to the mixture quantity and spindle speed; generally, the lower the mixing volume, the higher the rotational speed, the smaller the particle.
