The new type organic granulator is developed by agricultural machinery research institute using years of compound fertilizer processing equipment design and production experience. This latest technology product has obtained the country practical patent. It is used for granulating various kinds of organic matter after fermentation, breaking through conventional organic prilling processes by eliminating the need to dry and crush raw materials before granulation.
This machine utilizes high-speed rotating mechanical shearing force and the resulting air power to continuously implement mixing, granulating, and density processes for fine powder materials. The granulation process produces spherical particles with a spherical degree of 0.7 or higher, typically ranging between 0.3 and 3 mm in size. The granulating rate reaches 90% or higher. Particle diameter can be adjusted according to mixture quantity and spindle speed - generally, lower mixing volume and higher rotational speed produce smaller particles.
