The SHZ series hydraulic roller extrusion granulator is a versatile and cost-effective dry granulation machine. Powered by a reliable hydraulic system, it converts powder materials into high-density granules at room temperature, eliminating the need for drying processes and significantly reducing production costs.
The hydraulic system provides stable, adjustable extrusion force, ensuring consistent granule density and quality across different material types.
No drying equipment required. Granulation is completed at room temperature in one step, cutting energy consumption by 40-50% compared to wet granulation.
Rollers are manufactured from high-strength alloy with anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, and impact-resistant properties, extending service life and reducing replacement frequency.
With output ranging from 2 to 10 tons per hour and particle size adjustable from 3mm to 60mm, the SHZ series adapts to various production requirements.
Low noise, excellent sealing, simple controls, and easy access for cleaning and maintenance.
