disc granulator is divided into non-powered scraper disc granulator (PQW) and power scraper disc granulator (PQ). Both types of disc granulators have the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation, easy control of particle moisture, and high hardness. The disc granulator adopts a block structure, and the bottom of the disc is reinforced by multi-layer radiant steel plates. The motor and reducer are driven by flexible belts, which can start smoothly, have less impact, and prolong their service life.
