Organic fertilizer production line stirring teeth granulator machine transforms materials into specific shapes and serves as one of the key equipment in the organic fertilizer industry.
This production line is suitable for large-scale operations across different organic fertilizer granulating processes. The primary method is wet granulation, where a controlled amount of water is added to fully moisten the fertilizer base within the cylinder body.
Driven by centripetal force and motor power, internal stirring teeth continuously roll the raw materials to prevent sticking while pushing materials to roll and granulate, ultimately forming spherical particles.
Our organic fertilizer production line represents the latest technological advancement, built upon years of equipment design and production experience, and has obtained National Utility Model Patent certification.
This system granulates various fermented organic materials while breaking through conventional granulation processes. No pre-drying is required before granulation; materials can be dosed directly after crushing to produce spherical particles, resulting in significant energy savings.
