Our roller press granulator is a key fertilizer equipment in NPK fertilizer production lines. This roller-type granulator is a newly designed fertilizer roller compaction granulation device developed through our research. Materials are granulated at room temperature with no drying process required, making it more energy-efficient and cost-effective. Working Process of NPK Compound Fertilizer Production
The double roller fertilizer granulator machine represents extrusion granulator technology. Dry materials are compressed into hard, dense blocks under pressure during the extruding process. These block materials are then crushed, screened, and granulated in the subsequent granulating process. The extrusion functions to remove air between particles and bring particles close enough to create interaction forces. Particle hardness in roller compaction granulation is primarily formed through molecular attraction. Our double roller press machine enables continuous extruding granulation through positive displacement.
