The organic fertilizer granulator is specially designed for granulating urban domestic waste organic fermented fertilizers including organic fertilizer raw materials, livestock and poultry manure, compost fertilizer, green manure, sea manure, cake fertilizer, grass charcoal, soil and miscellaneous fertilizer, three wastes, and microorganisms. The machine produces spherical particles with a qualified granulation rate of 80-90% or higher, suitable for various formulations.
The compressive strength of organic fertilizer produced is higher than that of disc and drum granulators, with a large ball rate of less than 15%. Particle size uniformity can be adjusted through the machine's stepless speed regulation function according to user requirements. This equipment is ideal for direct granulation of organic fertilizer after fermentation, eliminating the drying process and reducing manufacturing costs.
