Introduction
The disc pelletizer features an arc design with a granulating ratio exceeding 93%. This balling disc pelletizer is the primary equipment for transforming powder materials into spherical shapes, widely used in cement, iron and steel, and chemical fertilizer industries. Key features include uniform ball formation, easy water control, high strength, simple structure, low energy consumption, and stable operation.
Working Principle
The disc granulator is designed for producing medium to low concentration compound fertilizers. By adjusting the disc inclination between 45 and 55 degrees, it achieves high ball formation rates, produces full granules, and offers convenient operation and maintenance.
