The working principle of the double roller granulator involves motor-driven belts and pulleys transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer. They synchronize with the passive shaft via split gears and operate in opposite directions. Materials are added from the feeding hopper, extruded by rollers, demoulded into balls, and transported to the crushing screen studio for screening and separation of finished particles. Returned materials are mixed with new materials and then re-granulated.
Machine Structure Components
Frame Part: All working bodies are fixed on the frame, constructed from medium carbon steel plate and channel steel through welding with strict quality control. Lifting holes are set in the four corners for loading, unloading, and transportation.
Transmission Connection Part: The motor drives the belt pulley, V-belt, and reducer to power the machine head. Chain wheels and chains form the transmission chain for crushing and separation operations, connected via nylon pin coupling.
Working Part of Machine Head: Transmission is delivered to the roller shaft through pin coupling. Synchronous operation of the roller pair is ensured by open gears on both sides of the active and passive shafts.
Process Flow
Qualified raw materials are proportionally mixed in the mixer
Transported to disc feeder with iron removal during conveying
Materials enter double roller granulator evenly and are forced between pressure rollers into thin plates
Thin plates are broken into fragments by coarse crusher and continuously screened
Semi-finished products go to screening machine; fine particles return to disc feeder; large particles are crushed and returned
Qualified products are weighed, packaged, and warehoused via automatic packing scale
