As the granulation plate rotates continuously and combines with the spray device, materials are evenly bonded together to form spherical shapes. The integrated automatic feeding system prevents material buildup on walls, significantly extending machine service life while enabling continuous mass production to meet user requirements.
Constructed with thickened channel steel, the frame supports all rotating components and undergoes strict quality certification to ensure structural integrity.
The pelletizing plate's center of gravity is mounted on the adjustment section, fabricated from medium carbon steel plate and channel steel with precise quality control.
Reliable motor and reducer drive the system through belt pulleys, V-belts, and high-frequency hardened gears. The shaft connection employs taper fitting for optimal design.
