The new type organic fertilizer granulator is a specialized machine that transforms materials into specific spherical shapes. It employs an advanced wet continuous push rod granulation process design. When raw materials enter the granulator, they are first processed into semi-finished particles using the stirring teeth principle, then transferred to the rotary drum granulation section for secondary processing. This dual-stage approach achieves a remarkable 99% pelletizing rate with uniformly round finished products.
Compared to conventional granulators, this innovative design significantly enhances both pelletizing efficiency and finished product output, making it an excellent choice for both new and established customers in the fertilizer industry.
Application Range: This compound fertilizer granulator is extensively used for direct granulation of organic materials including poultry manure, municipal sludge, domestic garbage, sugar factory filter sludge, papermaking sludge, distiller's grains, bean dregs, straw, peat, and various other organic materials to produce pure organic, organic-inorganic, and biological organic fertilizers.
The organic fertilizer granulator employs high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and generated aerodynamic force to continuously achieve mixing, granulation, spheroidization, and densification of fine powder materials within the machine. This process effectively transforms materials into spherical granules with sphericity ≥0.7 and typical particle sizes ranging from 0.3-3 mm, achieving granulation rates ≥90%.
Particle diameter can be precisely adjusted by controlling material mixing volume and spindle rotation speed. Generally, lower mixing quantities combined with higher rotational speeds produce smaller particles, while the opposite conditions yield larger granules.
Optimal Application: This machine is particularly suitable for granulating light and fine powder materials. The quality of pellets improves with finer basic particle sizes, typically requiring materials to be less than 200 mesh before granulation. Common application materials include chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, carbon lining, clay, kaolin, and similar organic substances.
Specifically designed for organic manure raw materials including livestock and poultry manure, compost fertilizer, green manure, sea manure, cake fertilizer, peat, soil manure, industrial wastes, microorganisms, and municipal solid waste organic fermentation materials. The machine produces irregular spherical pellets with exceptional performance characteristics.
